Be as specific with your search criteria as possible.  The more specific you are, the better your results will be.  You only want to be notified of your ideal matches.  Trust us, if you get "over notified", you will stop paying attention and then miss the good ones.

For "TYPE" Select "RESIDENTIAL" and "OTHER".  When our HUD listings become reduced we change their classification from "RESIDENTIAL" to "OTHER" so that we can display them separately on our site.  If you don't include "OTHER" in your notifier you won't know when the HUD homes are reduced.
